“Si no desea que le incauten su camión y lo arresten, se le está dando la opción de subirse a su vehículo y marcharse. Una vez que comencemos la acción de cumplimiento, las personas serán arrestadas y los camiones serán incautados”. Los camioneros respondieron que preferían ser arrestados a someterse.
